SOLD! This was a quick and fun transaction. The buyers are out there, it’s often about timing and staying on top of it!
After an agent gives a tour of any of my listings, I always call them afterwards to get their buyers feedback on the property, especially if they are not bringing an offer. Getting feedback on your sellers property for them is super important so they know how their property compares to others, if they are priced well, if they need to make any improvements, and it gives them a pulse on the activity out there. You can learn so much from a simple phone call.
I found out after calling the agent for the buyers who toured my seller’s property that they were in mid negotiations with the builder for a new unit, and would circle back around to us if they didn’t get what they wanted from the builder. So I continued to ask more questions, and after uncovering enough info about what the buyers goals were, we swooped in and ended up getting them under contract for Nicole’s property! We anticipated being on the market for months due to all the available inventory for the same unit, and couldn’t compete with the builder incentives. Here we are, closed just 4 weeks and a few days after listing the property! The buyers are happy and so is Nicole. 😊
