HAPPY MOVE-IN DAY!!! Another property Closed last week for my sweet clients and today they were finally able to move in. They needed to downsize and had been looking for a ranch home in Colorado and in Arizona. Thankfully- this perfect home came up and we were able to make it happen for them to stay in CO!!

Happy Closing to these Sellers! 🏡 Not only are these Sellers the sweetest people, but they fully trusted and followed my process from the very start before Listing.

Having a Pre- Inspection done in the house before hand and staging with plenty of time for an Open House, really made this process smooth and brought quality prospects and offers. Not to mention they kept up on all maintenance and upgrades of their home, with documents and records from the time they had this house built.

With all of that, they received multiple over asking offers, with little to no inspections. We were also able to negotiate for them to stay in the property after it closed so they can make plans to move without having a contingency on their future home.

It’s always an honor helping clients, and I’m so appreciative of the opportunity to assist people in their Real Estate needs.

September has flown by! I’ve been working with these seller/buyers since April, and finally Closed on the sale of their home in order for them to buy/upgrade into their new home that also just recently closed!

I have enjoyed working with this family and getting to know them over these past months. They worked so hard to get their house listed and ready to go. Their house sold for over asking, and they were able to stay in the home until they closed on the new house with some time to move.

We def had our work cut out for us in order to get to Closing on the new house (the seller was owned by a corporation and communication from that side was challenging). It wasn’t an easy process but we didn’t give up!! Now, they are finally settling in their new home and I couldn’t be more honored and grateful that they trusted me in their life transition.

Congrats to these Sellers/Buyers!! I am so happy for ya’ll and can’t wait to see all the ideas you have for this home become a reality!
