My goal is to renovate and live in an off grid cabin in the woods, while having enough financial and time freedom that I can escape to the beach or the desert whenever I want. I am a huge animal lover and have been involved in animal rescue for most of my life. I am a self proclaimed crazy cat lady (can you guess how many cats I have?)

Last week I had the unique opportunity to interview candidates for HD51 (Loveland).

As a member of CARPAC (Colorado Association of Realtors Political Action Committee), I play a role in which candidates are endorsed by the Association throughout the state and therefore which candidates may receive funding for their campaign using RPAC dollars.

It was truly an honor to speak to each candidate and hear their viewpoints. Loveland is my hometown and it feels incredibly special to get involved and make sure homeownership and property rights are protected under the dome.

Politics is so much more than red vs blue. I never considered her political until I had a chance to sit in the room with the Senators in Washington DC. Getting involved, just like this, is how change actually happens.

A good Realtor is ALWAYS working behind the scenes. Putting out fires before you smell smoke. Or, in this case, changing the smoke alarm batteries so buyers don’t have to hear *beep beep beep beep* while they decide if they want to buy your home or not. Or making sure there’s toilet paper in a vacant listing because that sh*t’s important. Or fighting with contractors that overcharge you because they think they’ll get away with it.

The little things add up. Make sure your Realtor is paying attention to the details. 👏
