When you get there, you will see a map of the USA. Click on Colorado. you may not see a house in the area that you would like to live today...but very soon you may see a home in a town that will work for you. You have to check everyday!
The Seller has so many programs that may work for you. One program is $100 down. The second thing to know is with a successful bid, HUD will pay up to 3% of your closing costs.
You may say "This home needs to much work"!! Guess what???
Hud has another program to where you can get the work done up to $70,000!!!! Yes you have to qualify, but there are many homes that may be lower priced and who knows....You just might qualify!!!
Here.....This may be a good thing to do.... go and ask your parents or someone about HUD Homes!!!! (There used to be so many that everyone had choices.) They may even say " That was how we bought our 1st home!!! I hear that so often. Not everyone today knows what we are talking about, when we say HUD Homes!!!
