Early on in my career, I overheard a couple of agents making fun of me in a restaurant.
“Who does he think he is?”

I’ll be honest—that one stung. I’ve always worn my heart on my sleeve.

But looking back now… it says a lot more about the approach than anything else.

I came into real estate wanting to do things differently—put more into the presentation, lean into video, and treat each listing like it actually matters.

At the time, that wasn’t the norm. Now? If you’re not using video, you’re already behind.

In 14 years, I can count on one hand the number of listings I didn’t sell—and there were specific reasons for every one.

The market’s changed. Expectations have changed. And the agents who adapt are the ones still here.
