Honored to stand alongside a client, friend and veteran today as Master Sergeant Jeremiah Ascherl, USAF (Ret.), was recognized by the Veteran Flagpole Initiative(VFI) with Flagpole #279 at his home in Severance, Colorado.

The VFI has a simple but powerful mission: to honor those who have served by installing a flagpole at the homes of veterans at no cost to them, made possible entirely through generous donations.

It was a privilege to celebrate Jeremiah's service and sacrifice and to witness the pride this flag will represent for years to come. Thank you for your service, MSgt Ascherl, and thank you to the Veteran Flagpole Initiative and everyone who helps make these meaningful tributes possible.

If you know me, you know I absolutely adore my Frenchie, Chloe. She has brought so much joy, laughter, and love into our lives, and she’s the inspiration behind something I’ve been wanting to create for a long time.

As a local realtor, I love helping people find homes, but I also love helping build community. The best neighborhoods aren’t just made up of houses, they’re made up of people, connections, and shared experiences. That’s why I’m excited to introduce our local Frenchie group, Fort Collins Frenchies!

This is a place for French Bulldog owners and lovers to connect, support local businesses, make new friends, and enjoy fun events together throughout the year. This Memorial Day, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. Their courage, service, and dedication will never be forgotten.

As a proud Military Relocation Professional (MRP), this mission is deeply personal. Supporting veterans, active-duty military families, and those transitioning into new communities is more than part of the job, it’s a way to give back to those who have given so much.

While Memorial Day is an important time of reflection, every day is a good day to honor our veterans, support military families, and show gratitude for the freedoms we enjoy because of their service.
