let’s talk about the elephant in the room and easily the most asked question and comment i get on the daily: affordability in fort collins

we are all looking at what homes used to cost and it’s like...wait, what happened??🥲

but the clients i’m working with aren’t trying to time the market perfectly. instead...

🤍we’re getting creative and looking at new construction even if their long term goal is to own a 100 year old house in old town
🤍we’re looking at different ways to structure the deal (asking for seller concessions, rate buy downs and repairs)
🤍we’re focusing on what fits their monthly budget

i think this is where a lot of people i talk to get stuck 🥲

the funny part is I don’t even drink coffee (only chai and hot cocoa) but I’ll happily keep showing up for the change of scenery and the cause 🤝🏼

fort collins, we officially have a new sweet treat spot!!

the milkshake factory just opened in old town anddd i had to go try it. safe to say my wallet is in danger now😂

they have gourmet chocolates, delicious milkshakes and an entire dairy free menu!

trust me it’s definitely worth having to find a parking spot in old town 🫶🏻
