The gifts we leave for new buyers and tenants are to enjoy their new home to keep in clean as long as they choose to stay or until it runs out. 🤣 We can’t be there for your house warming but we do our best to make your house feel clean and inviting.

We're looking for reliable, hardworking people to help us transform homes across Northern Colorado.

💼 POSITION DETAILS:
Pay: $22.50/hour
Schedule: Flexible hours available Monday-Saturday from 8AM-8PM. Sundays by appt only.
Requirements:
✓ Reliable transportation
✓ Willing to assist with minor maintenance repairs
✓ Able to help with deep house cleaning
✓ Ready to make a difference in people's homes!

Sometimes the hardest thing isn’t telling the truth… it’s telling it with love.

Not to win. Not to wound. Not to “prove a point.”

But to heal, to build, to restore. 🤍
God isn’t calling us to be silent.
And He isn’t calling us to be harsh.

Thankful Thursday!
Big shoutout to our specialty trades—especially Blake Cashdollar for handling the HVAC work on this project where we replaced a sink and converted the space for a stackable washer/dryer unit in this mid-term rental. 🛠️🔥🧺

This place is right next to CSU, and projects like this are exactly why having dependable trade partners matters. When you’re juggling a multi-step, last-minute timeline, you need people who show up, communicate, and get it done right. 🙌⏱️

Mental Health Monday 💛 — “End of Hope” (Downtown Loveland)
Some pieces of art don’t just sit in a space… they tell the truth out loud.
Downtown Loveland has a statue called “End of Hope.” It shows a person curled up—small, tight, almost disappearing—like the weight of everything external is pressing in from all sides 🖤

And honestly? That’s what life can feel like sometimes.
The expectations - The opinions - The bills
The trauma - The pressure to “keep it together.”
The constant noise. 😔

Eventually, it’s not just heavy… it can feel like an implosion of self—like you’re no longer allowed to be who you are because you’re too busy carrying what was never meant to be yours.

If this is you right now, hear this 🫶
You are not weak for feeling crushed. You’re strong for being able to bear this much weight.
You are not “too much” for needing help. You’re more than enough

You are still you — even if you’re in survival mode 🌱
