1. Build 25 relationships through phone calls, public interactions, and meetings.
2. Create 3 new TikToks with creative content! 🎥

3. Spend quality time with friends & family while remembering the reason for the season! 🙏🏼✝️

Happy Veterans Day!! This is one of my favorite days of the year as I reflect about my time in the US Air Force. I am so thankful for the many past, present, and current veterans especially my brother and closest family/friends.

Holy smokes! Another month down, and we are approaching Thanksgiving QUICK!

With our first month down in the final quarter of the year, we see a slight decline in median sales price, and slight increase in days on market. This is to be expected with it being Fall/Winter. Don’t be fooled though, we still see activity as we close out the year.

**take note** less competition in the market = more listings (opportunities) = satisfied home buyers 🤗🙏🏾

Happy October!! I hope everyone has had a wonderful weekend, and is enjoying a day of rest and football 🏈

How is the Market looking?

With a new quarter starting, it is still looking hot in the real estate market. If you notice, these are the stats for the month of September. I went back and took a look at last year’s September’s numbers, and this is what I found…

Sold (Residential)- 250
Median Sales Price- $486,500
Average Days on Market- 60

This means that there has been a 16.8% decrease in total number of sold properties since last year, BUT homes are selling 35% faster AND for a significantly higher price (10.3% increase). So as of right now, it is looking fantastic. One thing to keep in mind though, mortgage rates are starting to creep up slowly. They are around 3.125%, and were recently under 3%. So, if you are someone looking to take advantage of a peak market while the rates are still fairly low, I would take this into consideration.

1. 📍I’m originally from Pontiac, Illinois which is about 80 miles south of Chicago! Most of my family still lives there. Go Bears! 🐻 Go White Sox! ⚾️
2. 🏋🏽‍♂️ In addition to being a real estate agent, I am also a personal trainer. I am passionate about fitness & helping people live better lifestyles! I have my BS in Exercise Science, and I am excited to integrate fitness into my real estate business.
3. 🍫I love a good Italian Beef, Coke Zero & Chocolate!
