Don't get too excited about the value Zillow places on your home! Zillow reports that their margin of error for off market properties is 7.49%.

In Fort Collins, 89.36% of Zestimates are worth 89.36 of a homes actual market value, while 99.03% is within 20% of the eventual sales price. Yikes! Only 20%!

Want to know what your home is valued in today's market? Ask an experienced Realtor for an estimate. If they give you one without seeing the inside of your home first, it's not the best estimate. Getting a feel for the floorplan flow, views out the window and the smell (really!) is so important!!
