"You could say my love affair with houses started long before I became a Realtor. I spent years buying, investing in, and updating my own homes, learning plenty along the way through experience, trial and error, and more than a few home-improvement adventures. And those experiences taught me something I still tell my clients today:

Almost anything can be fixed—but deciding whether to buy it in the first place is KEY!

That’s how I approach real estate. I don’t believe in pushing people toward a sale. I believe in helping them make smart decisions.

If I see a potential money pit, I’ll tell you. If you’ve got your rose-colored glasses on, I’ll gently help you take them off. And when we find something that really is worth jumping on, I’ll be just as excited as you are!

After 25+ years in real estate, I’ve helped a lot of wonderful people navigate buying, selling, investing, negotiating, inspections, repairs, and all the unexpected twists that can come with real estate.

Experience matters. But so do honesty, common sense, and having someone in your corner.

I am excited to start a new chapter with a new brokerage: Coldwell Banker. The name on the door may have changed, but the person in your corner hasn’t.

Outside of real estate, I’m a Fort Dodge native, wife, mom, grandma x2, antique shop owner, artist/maker, and audiobook ju**ie. I love to laugh, spend time with family, kayak when the weather cooperates, and disappear into a creative project whenever I get the chance.
