I’ve been thinking for a while that we need to do a better job of recognizing the people who make our office what it is. So starting this month, I’m going to highlight someone from our team each month and share a little bit about who they are and what they bring to our office. For the first one, the choice was easy.

Belinda.

Belinda is our Agent Service Coordinator, but if you work in our office, you know her job goes way beyond that title.
She's usually the person you go to when you need something, can't find something, don't know how to do something, or just need someone to figure it out. She helps our agents with their marketing, keeps their files in compliance, answers the phones, solves problems, answers a million questions, and is the person everyone seems to go to when they need help with something.

But what I appreciate most about Belinda isn't just everything she does. It's that she genuinely cares about our agents and wants to see them succeed.

There are a lot of things that happen in our office every day that have Belinda's fingerprints all over them, even though most people outside of our office would never know it.
And speaking for myself, I could not do my job without her. I depend on her probably more than she realizes, and I know I'm not the only one.

When Belinda isn't busy being a miracle worker at the office, the thing she enjoys most is spending time with her children and grandchildren. Family is a big part of who she is, and I think that same caring nature is a big part of what she brings to our office every day.
That's exactly why I wanted Belinda to be our first monthly Office Spotlight.

Belinda, thank you for everything you do for me, for our agents, and for this office. A lot of what you do happens behind the scenes, but it doesn't go unnoticed.
