Meet Vanessa Purdy!

As we start YEAR TWO of Jefferson State Realty, we are very excited to welcome Vanessa Purdy to our brokerage! We know that Vanessa's passion for real estate and her integrity as a business owner will serve her and her clients well and we are so honored to help her start her real estate journey!

Vanessa discovered her passion for real estate by constantly viewing the market and would enjoy driving around looking at houses and getting to know the neighborhoods. Vanessa aims to bring the trust, care, and connection she’s known for in her esthetic business to help clients buy, sell, invest, and thrive in the State of Jefferson.

Born and raised in Siskiyou County, Vanessa spent the first half of her life in Scott Valley before moving to McCloud, with many friends and family throughout the county, she's had the ability to experience the beauty and benefits each side Siskiyou has to offer. She started a career as a licensed esthetician and has been a business owner for the last 12 years. When she's not attending concerts, she enjoys staying home and being cozy with her two dogs. While the area gives us all the wonderful seasons, Fall and Winter are her favorites.
