On July 1st, the statue will receive an official welcome on Ellis Island where it will stay through 🇺🇸 Independence Day. If you're in the Big Apple that week, stop by and give a kind bonjour ❤️!

This is good news, as we already know, for the Sellers. You hardly have the time to list the property and it is gone.
It is another story for many Buyers currently looking for a new home.

According to CoreLogic's latest CoreLogic Home Price Index, U.S. home prices continued to increase in February 2021, reaching the highest annual gain since April 2006, as demand continues to clash with historically low supply.

A client recently asked me about flood insurance and possible new rates. Here’s an update.

FEMA did not release a tool to answer the question on most Fla. homeowners' minds: “Will my flood insurance rate go up or down?” But overall, it says 1 out of 5 residents (19.8%) will see a reduction, and 3 out of 4 (76%) won’t see a change higher than $120 more per year.
