🤍 What a pleasure it was to represent the sweetest sellers! The most positive, huge hearted, thoughtful and FUN women.

🌎 Knowing their unit spent lots of time vacant while they travelled to see friends and family EVERYWHERE, didn’t surprise me at all and they sold at the height of the market.

🛠✨ Their beautifully updated unit attracted masses and moved quickly. Mid-transaction, I learned that a friend I grew up with in Sunrise, was behind some of the gorgeous updates! Heyyy hebert !

🤝 My goal is ALWAYS to meet and exceed my clients expectations. I’m grateful that they trusted me to net them the maximum amount, in their ideal timeframe, with the minimum amount of headaches! And we did just that. My clients sold for a number the community had yet to see.

🚪👋🏼📄 A bit of backstory: My seller and his wife were initially supportive residents and not-yet-clients. They watched as I door knocked the building with the multiple offers received from another listing of mine, as I was prospecting for sellers to match with these qualified buyers. They took my packet and referred me to unit 305E which resulted in their sale.

🎯💰 At the time, they were tossing around the idea of selling and joked about doing so when confident they could hit their ‘number’… Don’t we all have that magic number in mind?
As the sale for unit 305E progressed, we eventually sat down and chatted about their number, the market and reality of it being attainable. Then they handed me the keys and trusted me to hit that number. We hit it and then some!

🛥 ☀️ After YEARS spent docking the boat out back and catching South Florida sunsets from the living room, it was time for the next adventure!
🌇🤍While my sellers made beautiful renovations to their unit over the years, I love that they did it for themselves (and it just so happened to benefit their resale value). They made this stunning haven their own and mannnn did they have great taste. (They also had the most organized folder with each and every permit and swatches of every paint color- did I peak in real estate at that very moment?).
🚪🐶 With the unit being owner (and pet) occupied, I strived to keep showings as convenient as possible. After showing for a 3 hour block on a Tuesday and a 3 hour block on a Wednesday with plans to do so through the week, we were packed with back to back appointments and under contract by Thursday. This beauty received a LOT of attention and she moved FAST… So fast that my sellers wanted a moment to digest, to plan, to breathe…
🔑 🤝 Time they received! I negotiated a 30 day post closing occupancy for my sellers and was lucky to work with a wonderful buyers agent.

This deal was a catalyst! The first sale in the community to not only hit the $500’s but to exceed them. I believe the pride my sellers took in their renovations translated to every potential buyer who came through. I am SO grateful to have had amazing clients who trusted me to net them the max and also who texted in the best GIF’s.
