Update 1 Feb 2022

Just want to give everyone an update on this lawsuit. The lawsuit cohort for this mini class action is closed. So for the most part my hands are tied and can't offer much assistance.

However, it doesn't mean you have to give up!

If any of you would like to head the start of a new cohort people against this company with a different law firm, I'd be more than happy to share adminstrative privelages of this page to help network that endeavor. PM if you'd be interested heading another cohort. Thanks!

Hey all, just a quick updat, out attonery, Mr. Smith has had some technical difficulty with his phone and email systems. We were able to get back in touch with him and the lawsuit is moving forward. Standby for more updates!

Something strange is going on here! The update I provided last night mysteriously dissappeared! Here's a condensed repost. Bottom line up front - the current attorney Mr. Smith has not been in any communication with anybody for 30 plus days.

Hey everyone, just a quick update. Our current attorney has not been in contact with anybody for over 30 days and has breached the contract. I’m currently interviewing larger and more reputable law firms and likely seek damages from the attorney for violating the representation contract and Florida Bar conduct violations.

On a positive note, this mini class action team will be open again for new participants. Standby for updates!

Also, if anybody would wants to pursue the case on their own please feel free to PM me. I'm more than happy to share the public information Nermin and I have collected to support prosecution of the case.

Shout out Nermin Dulalic for sharing more information on the AAMB Lawsuit. Hey has been proactive engaging with the state attorney general and Broward County Sheriff Department. The company is being investigated for potential crimes. If you haven't done so already, please contact Denny Acosta at the AG office who is investigating the case and send him your contracts and contacts dealing with AAMB or Fortress Steel Buildings.

Hey everyone, I just had a good chat with Mr. Jason Smith Anyways, we discussed at lenght the appropriate way to team up on lawsuit expenses. We believe the best way for those who want join on board that the legal fees would be split/weighted based on the lawsuit amount. (i.e. person 1 sues for 20K and person 2 10K - then the expenses would hypothetically split 2/3 and 1/3 respectively).
