A Zestimate can be a helpful starting point, but it is not the final word on what your home is worth.

It cannot see the condition of your home, understand the improvements you have made, compare it to the competition buyers are seeing right now, or account for how your home actually feels in person.

Real value comes down to the local market, the right pricing strategy, and what a qualified buyer is willing to pay.

This is giving me the perfect excuse to finally try a few restaurants that have been on my list. 🍽️

From August 1 through September 30, more than 140 restaurants across Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Pompano Beach and the rest of Broward County are offering special three-course prix fixe menus.

Lunch is $35, dinner is $45 or $60, and there is even a $75 luxe option when you feel like treating yourself.

This year’s lineup includes MICHELIN-recognized restaurants alongside plenty of neighborhood favorites you may already love.

One little tip: Ask your server for the Dine Out menu, since it is not always brought out automatically.

Two months. More than 140 restaurants. Plenty of reasons to make a reservation. 💃🏻

Everyone knows the usual Fort Lauderdale neighborhoods.

But these are a few I think deserve more attention:

Poinsettia Heights
Tarpon River
River Oaks
Shady Banks
Riverside Park

They may not always be the first places people mention, but each one offers its own mix of location, character, space, and value.

And that is the thing about Fort Lauderdale. The “best” neighborhood is not the same for everyone. It depends on how you want to live, where you need to be, and what you want your budget to do for you.
