V2 Migration of insta-spect Begins

We would like to inform you that we are scheduled to begin the migration to Version 2 (V2) tomorrow, 23rd June. As part of this rollout, the V2 backend will be moved to the live environment, and we will also be submitting the V2 mobile applications for App Store and Google Play Store review.

During the migration process, there may be brief service interruptions or minor issues affecting the current V1 application as backend updates are being deployed.

While we will make every effort to ensure a smooth transition, we wanted to notifying you in advance about the possibility of temporary disruptions.

Hey insta-spect members,

AS WE PREPARE FOR THE LAUNCH OF INSTA-PECT V2, WE WANT TO INFORM YOU THAT WE HAVE BEGUN UPGRADING OUR HOSTING SERVICES AS OF YESTERDAY.

PLEASE NOTE THAT IT MAY TAKE BETWEEN 24 TO 72 HOURS FOR THE REDIRECTION OF OUR DOMAINS TO FULLY PROPAGATE. WE HAVE TESTED THE APP AND SUCCESSFULLY GENERATED THE FINAL PDF WITHOUT ANY ISSUES.

THIS NOTICE PERTAINS SOLELY TO THE HOSTING UPGRADE. WE ARE ON TRACK TO COMPLETE ALL OUTSTANDING FIXES SINCE JANUARY BY THE LAUNCH OF V2 ON JUNE 1.

issues with reports no more

Well as any time technology is edited, and tested and you go live…oops…something unexpected happens.

With the release of the new Wind Mit form, something has not gone as planned.

If you go in to your dashboard, click on a client, and then try to open a report….they are not showing.

DO NOT WORRY - WE ARE AWARE OF IT - AND ARE WORKING TO CORRECT IT. YOUR DATA AND INSPECTIONS ARE NOT LOST.

Thank you for the users that have messaged and emailed with the issue.

As soon as I get an update from our developer team, I will post on here, and send out an updated email.
