We are aware of it and are working as fast as we can to resolve.

issues with reports no more

Well as any time technology is edited, and tested and you go live…oops…something unexpected happens.

With the release of the new Wind Mit form, something has not gone as planned.

If you go in to your dashboard, click on a client, and then try to open a report….they are not showing.

DO NOT WORRY - WE ARE AWARE OF IT - AND ARE WORKING TO CORRECT IT. YOUR DATA AND INSPECTIONS ARE NOT LOST.

Thank you for the users that have messaged and emailed with the issue.

As soon as I get an update from our developer team, I will post on here, and send out an updated email.

New 2026 Wind Mit now available on both Apple and Android systems.

No need to reinstall, No update needed on your end. Just login to the insta-spect app and start doing your report as normal.

NOTE: if you are doing more than one insurance inspection, when you finish setting up the client info screen and click next, and then you see the list of the 4 available reports, check off all the ones you need for that one client, and start inputing.

This way you only have to enter the client and property info once. I have seen some of you creating a new client and selecting one report per setup. Which is creating more work for yourself.

Happy Friday Ya’ll…as you know over the last couple months insta-spect has had a couple issues pop up.

And while we did some quick fixes so you could keep inspecting…I don’t like just putting a band aid on, I want it fixed.

At the same time we have been detailing out a new version to be developed on a much better platform allowiing for growth etc. So here is more information on what is happening now:

App Update: quick note to let you know the changes requested by Citizens have been completed. Sorry for the little delay. 🙂

Happier to report that we have partnered with a new development team earlier this year, and are now able to start implementing many upgrades/changes that you have been requesting
