All of the roofs in South FL that were replaced in 2005-2006 after Hurricane Wilma are about to age to 20 years in 2025. If you live in South FL your Homeowners insurance is about to skyrocket. I have already seen some policies Double and Triple.
- You can pay shop and pay the higher premium
- You can put a new roof on and maintain current premium
- You can pay your house off in cash and cancel your insurance
- You can let the house go (Sil & I buy distressed properties FYI)
