As you know the pandemic has flipped everyones life upside down and back again. But one of the biggest changes I have noticed throughout the pandemic is how expectations have raised in regards to wants and needs in a home.

Single family homes are now looked at in such a different light, people now understand the importance of having a place of their own, with no restrictions on the use of amenities and of course no need for social distancing.

People want more bedrooms, more square footage, more amenities, and more designated areas areas in a home that serve a function. They want to know that if and/or when they are locked down again that everyone in their family can function without being on top of one another and that their life can function as close to as “normal” as possible.

Here are a few demands that I am seeing that are trending.

Can you believe that as of March 2021 the average number of days that a home is on the market is ONLY 18 days and the average amount of offers that a seller is receiving is approx. 4-5 offers 🤯🤯
