934 Eastlake St SE Palm Bay a fabulous 3/2/2 2000 sq ft remodel. This seller went with amazing finishes and added a fence, new roof, new ac, hot water heater… everything had been updated. New construction homes do not even have these finishes at this price point. The seller is even offering a concession of 10k flex… Do Not sleep on this one. Let’s see if we can make this your new address…
