The federal government just gave the green light to a new air-taxi pilot program, with Florida, Texas and New York positioned to be major testing grounds.

If this scales, it could completely change what ā€œclose to Miamiā€ means.

Neighborhoods that once felt too far from Miamiā€™s business, dining and entertainment could suddenly become a 10ā€“20 minute trip away.

And when commute times change, real estate values can change with them.

The new iPhone unfolds into a 7.8-inch screen. Which means listing photos, virtual tours, and FaceTime showings just got a bigger stage. $1,999 for the phone. The waterfront homes on it start at $3M ā€” and unlike the phone, they donā€™t restock.

Not an actual Apple ad. The listings are real though.
