It’s weird how you start to feel the market moving. I’ve been saying the past two weeks that it feels like the buyers are coming back. Lots of buyers have been on the sidelines this entire year.

I have to admit. I wouldn’t hate having to live in the condo for two years and hopping in a boat for sunset cruises.

This is so important. Even in this hot market, there’s houses sitting because the Seller has priced the property too high. It actually creates an opportunity for the Buyer because they know they’re the only offer the Seller has received.
