Three of these were waterfront co-op units on a canal just off the Intracoastal in Las Olas Isles, and one was direct beachfront in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. ๐๏ธโ
Anyone in the business knows a co-op is a completely different animal and a unique sell. Closing three in one month in the same community was no small feat. I think it is safe to say I have officially become the co-op queen. ๐
What makes this milestone even more meaningful to me is that 10 years ago I moved to Florida knowing absolutely no one. No family here. No connections. I packed up my car and started a completely new life because I had a deep love for the water, boating, sunshine, and the year-round summer lifestyle. โ๏ธ๐ดโ
Selling waterfront property in South Florida was always the dream.
When I became a Realtor six years ago, my career started off by helping people find rentals and advocating for clients whose situations were complicated. Deals other agents sometimes walked away from because they were too difficult. I loved figuring out how to make the impossible happen.
The following year I began working heavily with first-time homebuyers, and I was honored to be named #1 Sales Representative in Southeast Florida by Americaโs First Time Homebuyers Association. ๐
In 2022, I was also nominated Real Estate Agent of the Year in Fort Lauderdale for having the highest volume of positive online reviews.
Fast forward to today, with sales growing each year, and here we are over $2.2M in closed sales by the end of the first quarter.
What once felt like a far-off dream of selling beautiful waterfront homes in South Florida is slowly becoming a reality. ๐๐๏ธ
