Wendy Mateo was born and raised in Cuba, where she resided until she was 28 years old. Wendy is a graduate of University of Havana, where she earned her Bachelorโs Degree in Social Communication with a background in Logistics and Computer Systems. She moved to the United States in 2016 with her husband to seek opportunity and grow professionally. Wendy entered the real estate industry as Team Coordinator for RE/MAX Presidential where she managed daily operations and performed as Transaction Coordinator for 3 years. Familiarizing herself with the industry, networking with top performing brokers and learning to overcome obstacles and bring buyers and sellers together to the closing table led Wendy to get her real estate license in April 2019.
