BTI Partners has acquired 2,091 acres at the southwest corner of US 301 and Interstate 10 for $53.2 million in Jacksonville. Known as 301 Villages, the North Florida site is approved for up to 2,740 single-family homes and is among the largest ready-to-develop residential properties in the region.

As with our other master-planned residential developments, BTI designs entire communities from the ground up. We start with a blank canvas of land, strategically planning the layout of residential neighborhoods, retail centers, and roadways to curate a unique neighborhood feel. Our planning lays the foundation as we spearhead the land entitlement and infrastructure process. By delivering shovel-ready sites, we enable homebuilders to accelerate construction timelines and bring much-needed housing inventory to market more efficiently.

For decades, the Hollywood Bread Building stood as one of downtown Hollywood’s most iconic landmarks. Originally opened in 1969 as the headquarters of Eleanor Hansberry’s diet bread company, the property helped put Young Circle on the map and became part of the city’s identity. After years of vacancy, BTI Partners stepped in to honor what came before.

BTI Partners preserved the building’s original signage and reimagined the site into a new mixed-use destination featuring 362 luxury rental units, more than 16,000 square feet of retail, and new energy contributing to the evolution of Downtown Hollywood and the Arts Park at Young Circle.
