Now the moment has come for prospective buyers looking at Vegas real estate who've just been waiting for prices to drop. The median listing home price as of August 2023 was $456,848, down 2.7% from August 2022, Insider previously reported.

While Las Vegas saw a large amount of growth in recent years, the median home price there has fallen over the last year.

Ok. I just want to share what I deal with on a daily. To bring awareness to people who you think will less likely to commit a crime is actually the guilty person most of the time. I’m used to the treatment of being the guilty one for no reason because suppose I look the part. Not sure what that means but I think I get it. So, since I got my personal IG account I just want to investigate a little. I noticed this 1 and only negative review on my account and this woman’s face don’t ring a bell. Since the comment section was disabled I had no choice but to leave a message to ask who she is and why is she leaving a defamatory and deliberate lie on my account? Who would have the nerve to lie like that? Now, I went and check my old post about this eyelash tech who gave me a terrible time. Just made me feel like I had inconvenienced her for being there and just complains about her other clients and the complaints were not reasonable at all. It’s concerning but all I can do is listen and told myself I would not be back. Gave her a tip and left. I then left a review on her yelp sharing my experience. I then noticed on her eyelash page or whatever you call it (illuminate page) that she posted me as a scammer. So what choice do I have but to defend my honor.
