He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Wittenberg University. After college, Raymond became a field manager for Colorado Prime Foods. He rose to the top as the “Salesman of the Month” during his first three months of employment. Thereafter, he recruited and managed a team of four sales associates and developed a new customer base. ps with former customers and streamlining the company’s three-hour sales presentation. With his entrepreneurial spirit, he created the first holistic merchant service company in Ohio, “Fadis Merchant Services.” Raymond personally sold and managed more than 500 customer accounts in Columbus and surrounding areas while he maintained successful customer relationships. It was at Fadis Merchant Services that he develop sales territories finding potential customers between Columbus and Cincinnati and between Atlanta and Ocho Rios, Jamaica. Raymond also developed a sales staff, conducted tri-stage interviews and trained personnel in the numerous products and services sold. Raymond was also responsible for re-designing an existing sales structures - using banking institutions and corporations to develop a more holistic approach to merchant services while lowering the total cost of the current packages and increasing profitability. With his knowledge and work with the banking industry, Raymond became a loan officer and chief underwriter for ECDI in Ohio where he grew its loan portfolio from $300,000 to more than $3 Million Dollars in eighteen months. Thereafter, he processed residential and commercial loans in Southeastern Florida and processed an average of $1.2 Million Dollar in re-finance volume a month with Evolution Funding in Lake Worth, Florida. Raymond’s wife received an amazing opportunity to work in her native Poland. When the family relocated, Raymond founded Fadis Mercantile, an import-export company, moving goods from China to the United States and to Poland and vice versa. It was in Poland that Raymond became a private English tutor and business mentor to a select clientele. Thereafter, Raymond and his family found themselves back in South Florida. Having worked across all lines of finance, products, sales, and customer service, Raymond knew that Real Estate would be the best platform in which to utilize his sales knowledge and technical skills.
