In observance of Memorial Day, the offices of Midgard Management, Inc., will be closed on Monday. We will open again for business as usual at 8.30 a.m. on Tuesday. Just a reminder, if you have a true property emergency throughout this weekend, please reach out to Manuel on his cell phone – 323.613.9368. Please text Manuel only if it is an emergency however. Kindly report all other issues to UpKeep as usual and your requests will be scheduled in the order they were received on Tuesday morning when the staff returns. IMPORTANT REMINDER; Memorial Day is one of the holidays when the buildings are locked. If you expect to come to the property on Monday please remember to bring your access card. In celebration of the Independence Day holiday, the offices of Midgard Management will be closed all day Friday, July 4th. We will return to the office at the usual time on Monday morning.
