Villa Sun Ray is a great place to own or rent. The buildings and grounds are highly maintained. Security is good with locking entrance gates. The Neighbors are very friendly and personable and like having a big extended family. It's a safe and rapidly up and coming neighborhood close to trendy Wilton Manors; and the location is great with everything needed for a comfortable lifestyle very close by. There's even a great new industrial styled and quite popular coffee shop "Warsaw" right behind the complex for morning coffee and snacks.
