Another full circle moment, another dream come true… Signed, sealed and delivered on this beautiful Victoria Park townhome. I listed my Client’s starter home and we were under contract in just 11 days… with a foundation issue and cast iron pipes… I negotiated a post-occupancy agreement that gave my Client’s some wiggle room to find a new home. We were able to secure something they thought was out of reach. Not to mention, buying and selling simultaneously can be challenging… The best part of it all was seeing my Client’s vision board, quite literally come to life just 4 months into the year. 🥹 She showed it to me when I went to list her home, no pressure right?! 😂 But we put together a great plan and made it happen. I am so grateful they trusted me to guide them into their next chapter. 🫶 Here is your reminder that your first house, may not be the home you dreamed of, but if you play your cards right.. it will most certainly help you get there one day. 💫

On today’s episode of, “A smooth sea never made a skilled sailor…” It’s important to remember that we are dealing with people. There is a lot that goes into buying and selling a home no one talks about or sees. Ideally your agent is there to alleviate stress and shelter you from the minor snags that occur along the way. Some snags are bigger than others. In this case we had a bit of a conflict of interest since the Seller received another offer for $70k higher than ours and they tried everything in their power to make the deal fall apart. It is rare but we did have to get an attorney involved to keep things moving forward. If I had not dotted all of my I’s and crossed every T, my Buyers could have lost the deal. That’s only one part, the second part is knowing when you have done all you can and need to phone a friend (attorney) to hold it together. This was one of the most challenging deals of my career for more reasons than I can list here but we got it done! Make sure you have an agent that will rise to the challenge whatever obstacle you encounter, that will have your back through the iffy and sticky situations. Sometimes things get tough and having the right agent in your corner makes all the difference. This sweet couple will be welcoming their new baby boy soon and I am thrilled they have a place to call HOME. 🫶

Proud to be a part of the best team in Broward 🫶 It seems I have always been a big fish in a little pond.. in years past I have strived to put myself into bigger ponds that foster growth. I am happy to say, I have found that here. There is something to be said about surrounding yourself with great people that encourage you to do more and dream bigger.
