The Grammy-winning DJ sold his 2,521-square-foot apartment for $16 million in an off-market deal, breaking the price-per-square-foot record for the area at $6,300. Located on the 37th floor of the Setai Hotel and Residences, the condo features three bedrooms, a wrap-around balcony, and stunning views of the city and ocean.
