Happy Labor Day.

It's easy to treat today as the unofficial end of summer. But Labor Day exists because people organized for the idea that work should come with dignity, and rest should come with it too.

In real estate, you see the proof of that work constantly. Every closing table I sit at represents somebody's early mornings and long weeks. The down payment isn't a number on a wire, it's years of showing up.

So to everyone working today, and everyone who worked their way to a set of keys: thank you. Enjoy the day off if you've got one.
