• Monthly, quarterly, or annual fee
• Required approval for renters
• exterior and interior home improvements
• Pet restrictions
• Limited parking
• Home Financing Limitations or additional Requirements
• Rental Restrictions
• If a special assessment comes up (to repair a common area or shared community feature) the cost will most likely be split among owners within the subdivision as a mandatory fee separate from regular maintenance.

Good news, entrepreneurs. The answer is actually, no. 🤗

AS LONG AS...
you make consistent bank deposits (especially, if you get paid cash) into the same account.

Going this route MAY require a larger down payment (between 10%-20%) depending on your financial situation.
Talk to your realtor. Talk to a lender. As always - the more transparent you are, the smoother the process will be.

P.S. - Bank statement loans do NOT require tax returns unless your co-signer or co-applicant receives w-2s and pay stubs.

🏡SOME first time homebuyer courses also offer a certificate that may entitle you to homebuyer down payment and closing credits. Although, this can make a huge difference when choosing which course you want to give up your afternoon for - it should not deter you from attending a course that does not offer the same certification.
