This house was listed with another agent for an entire year.

I’ve had it for 16 days.

I invested my own money into social media ads, generated thousands of interactions, got people through the door, and apparently my ridiculous marketing obsession paid off. 😂

And remember the other day when I busted out the ch*****ne after that showing and told you all I had a feeling an offer was coming?

🍾 I CALLED IT.

So now I have to cancel tomorrow’s Open House AND the $100 Amazon gift card raffle because… WE’RE UNDER CONTRACT! 🎉

My only problem now is figuring out how to keep people from showing up tomorrow because apparently Zillow has 47 different buttons but not one that says:

“OPEN HOUSE CANCELED. WE SOLD THE DAMN HOUSE.” 😂

What sets me apart as an agent? Honestly, a lot of it should just be the bare minimum.

I show up for my own showings. I answer my phone. I communicate with my clients, even when there’s nothing new to report. And I’m willing to have the difficult conversations before avoiding them starts costing my clients money.

One thing I hear all the time when taking over a listing is, “My last agent never told me we needed to adjust the price.”

That’s not a conversation I enjoy having either, but it’s part of my job.

I’m not here to tell you what you want to hear. I’m here to give you the facts, the feedback, and the data, make my recommendation, and then respect YOUR decision.

It’s your home. It’s your money. I work for you.

Sadly, that shouldn’t set me apart. It should be the standard. 🏡
