A Beverly Hills estate owned by KISS bassist Gene Simmons for nearly 37 years has taken another price cut, has sold for $28 million βdown significantly from its original $48 million ask in 2023. Simmons purchased the property in 1984 for just $1.35 million and lived there for nearly four decades before selling it to developer Max Nobel in 2021. Nobel paid $16 million for the home and completely reimagined it, transforming it into a sleek, modern barn-style mansion and expanding the lot by 3,000 square feet. Now spanning 16,390 square feet with 7 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, the estate boasts a 60x20 knife-edge pool, Poliform cabinetry, Italian marble flooring, a state-of-the-art smart home system, and a 10-car garage with space for 20 lifts.
