Boom!

Our project has been approved in Delray Beach.

I lived around the corner from this site for about 10 years, and this was the first commercial listing I ever took on.

Four years later we have almost unanimous approval from the city, neighbors, and commissioners. Look forward to closing and (finally) seeing the project come to life.
