Designed by Brazilian studio OSPA with warm wood, lush greenery, and natural textures woven into every surface, Colette Residences in South Brickell feels like a retreat hidden in plain sight. Italian millwork by CESAR and LEMA, Miele kitchens with built-in wine coolers, 10'6" ceilings, and private elevator entry in every home.

Select garden residences come with private plunge pools and outdoor kitchens. The penthouses? Private rooftop pools, summer kitchens, and panoramic views of the Brickell skyline.
