Meet Terressa Stark. Originally from the mid-west, she relocated to the warm tropical lifestyle of the Ft. Lauderdale

in 1983. Once she arrived, she was literally ‘hooked’. Terressa’s instinctive knowledge of the waterways and waterfront properties make her the quintessential choice for anyone seeking an exclusive coastal lifestyle. After three decades of navigating both the waterways and social scene in Palm Beach and Broward Counties of South Florida, she understands waterfront homes from the perspective of a boat owner. Her journey began the moment her feet hit the sand. These days, Terressa and her husband competitive deep sea fish on their boat and fish every week if possible. Another of her passions is party planning in the thriving social scene of a southern Florida paradise. She knew there had to be more of the same type of enthusiasts that would appreciate those qualities when she decided to become the ‘Home Navigator’. Her passion is helping her clients navigate their way through the unchartered waters of real estate in order to capture that same abundant lifestyle. She is a graduate of the Greater Ft. Lauderdale Association of Realtors 2015 Leadership Academy, Accredited Buyers Representative and Accredited Luxury Home Specialist. She also participates in the Ladies Fish Off, a nonprofit organization that benefits the Ronald McDonald House and the Billfish Foundation.
