Happy Sunday to all!

2023 has been off to the races for me work wise, and family wise - Marley is almost 2 now and is real little firecracker!

The Hedges Team has two contracts signed already for some wonderful buyers that had tabled their home search in 2022 due to rising costs/rates/buyer competition.
