Closing from yesterday! I am so happy I was able to be a part of this transaction. Not only because he's a veteran but also the buyers have been searching for about two months with another agent who recommended to use conventional instead of their VA loan, they decided to reach out to me and we found a house after 1 day of showings from the inital call. It matters who you hire and the team they have behind them!!!
