Shannel Escoffery has been a South Florida resident for over 30 years. Before beginning her real estate career, Shannel worked in social services, opening and managing over 60 treatment facilities. With over a decade of sales and management experience, Shannel offers her clients a unique blend of leadership, customer service, and expertise. After graduating from Florida A & M University, she went
on to fill several executive leadership roles. This experience allowed her the opportunity to work alongside some of the best teams in South Florida, where she learned from the most knowledgeable and influential business leaders. The experience she acquired in her previous leadership roles helped her launch her real estate career successfully. Shannel has always taken great pride in excellence when it comes to her work and delivering results. In 2014, she received the Florida Mental Health Counselors Association's Advocate of the Year award for her effective advocacy toward promoting growth and regulatory priorities within the social services industry. She has her MiCP (Masters in Commercial Properties) and received the “2020 and 2023 Top Commercial Agent” for 2020 and 2023 and “2020 Luxury House of Excellence” awards. She also served as the Commercial Chair on the Agent Leadership Committee for Keller Williams. Born in Brooklyn, New York, and raised a Florida girl, Shannel maintains that up north, fast-paced work ethic coupled with diligence and accuracy. Shannel prides herself in her attention to detail, keen communication skills, negotiation strategies, out-of-the-box thinking, and drive to get the job done. Shannel is known as the "connector" amongst her clients and colleagues.
