Tiffany Elia Hojo is a fourth generation Bergen County resident, born into a family full of developers and real estate professionals. After attending Bucknell University on a full-ride basketball scholarship (and graduating with honors), Tiffany immersed herself in the family real estate business. Mentored by her father Bruce Elia (retired San Francisco 49ers linebacker), Tiffany quickly found suc
cess as a realtor specializing in Bergen County, Hoboken, and The Hudson River Waterfront. All told, Tiffany has sold over $100 million in real estate over the past decade, and ultimately became the highest grossing salesperson within her office. Based on her production, Tiffany received the following industry recognition—NJAR Circle of Excellence (2002-2010), and Prudential’s President Circle Award (awarded to the highest grossing sales reps nationwide). Recently, Tiffany has also been actively involved in development of residential real estate within the Bergen County market. Her General Contractor (GC) level of expertise offers home buyers a unique level of insight within the market, and her rolodex of local subcontractors/tradesman is unparalleled. After graduating from college, Tiffany had stints living in Manhattan, Hoboken, and Fort Lee. In 2014, Tiffany and her family finally put down roots in Tenafly, NJ—the same town, and coincidentally on the same street where Tiffany was raised. Tiffany is very hands on with clients, and keeps in constant contact throughout the entire home buying/selling process. She offers a wealth of local market knowledge to clients, and uses a mix of cutting edge technology, real-time market data, and good old fashion “hard work” when marketing properties.
