Closing Alert!!!🚨🔔🪩

In March while prospecting pre foreclosures I came across a woman named Ms. M. Her home was going to auction within days. When I spoke with her she was so defeated, she told me “Shaq thank you for calling, but I’ve tried everything, I’m just going to let it go to auction.”

I begged her to give me an opportunity to try. “What harm will it do? I promise it won’t cost you a dime. Let me try.” Ms. M reluctantly agreed. Fast forward to the bank not allowing a short sale because she was delinquent for over a certain amount of time. With the bank not budging I looked for other options.

Finally, a buyer came through to purchase the property with enough to give the seller money as well. This buyer allowed me to list the property, and after only 2.5 hours of listing it, we had a cash offer. We closed on that property today.

The seller told me this was the fastest closing they’ve ever experienced. I love situations like this, because I just got myself a new cash investor and 2 happy sellers Ms. M calls me now just to check up on me. I love when clients become family. 🖤
