💔 Coming off of heart break and anguish from another property having an offer accepted (beating out 11 offers), matching rising offers in Attorney Review, just for the seller to decide to move ahead with the other offer … 😡
Jane and Jimmy were ready to re-up their lease for another few months before deciding to come back into the market. ✍🏻
I kept their search criteria open and saw something come to market - that I felt like would be a great fit. 🏡 👀

⏱️ Still a few weeks away from submitting the formal lease renewal letter - we toured and loved the open space with NYC views - and decided to give it another shot by submitting an offer. 📝
Again the offers started to roll in on this property and we had to be competitive. 😬
🙏🏻 God willing - had an opportunity to work with the amazing agent on a home sale years back which helped tremendously.
It was a smooth and seamless sale (we don’t get these often) and glad to help Jane and Jimmy with the purchase of their new home. 🏡😊
