🌎 Relocating from abroad is a BIG move. We made the home search one less thing to worry about.

I connected with Rosa through a Facebook group where I was recommended as a realtor. 👍🏻

Her family was relocating to the area from abroad, with a pretty specific checklist:

📐 Enough space for the family
🚌 Close to transportation
🚶‍♀️ Walkable to schools, parks & markets
💰 Within their rental budget

The challenge? They were still overseas. ✈️

So, months before their target move-in date, we got to work.

I shared properties, scheduled showings, and provided video tours so Rosa could get a real feel for the homes, neighborhoods, and market — all from abroad.

Then Rosa arrived for a short trip with one mission:

Tour. Decide. Sign. 🏡✍️

Once the lease was signed, we didn’t just disappear. 👻

We stayed on top of landlord items and helped coordinate furniture deliveries so things could be ready for move-in.

And just like that…

Welcome back to the States, Rosa & Fam! 🇺🇸

📱 Just wrapping up an inspection in Cresskill when my phone rang…

💻 Jeni & Emil were referred to me from a Facebook post and immediately shared the nightmare they had gone through during their previous home search.

One thing became clear quickly:
Just because you’re working with a big-name agent or large team doesn’t always mean you’re getting the support you need when it matters most.

Their goal was simple: a very specific townhouse community and specific units within it.

So I got to work.
📬 I mailed every owner of those units to see if anyone would consider selling.

Nothing. Crickets. 🦗

We expanded the search.🕵🏻‍♂️
Inventory was thin, and at times it felt like we were trying to make homes fit that simply weren’t the right fit.

When they asked for my opinion, I gave it honestly:
“This feels forced. Let’s wait for the right one.” 🧩

And then… we found it.
🛋️ Move-in ready
📍 Great location
🕰️ Sitting on the market longer than it should have been
🤼🏻‍♂️ Opportunity to negotiate

Everything started smoothly… until it didn’t.
A few bumps along the way brought back memories of their previous failed purchase. Stress started creeping in. 😬

This is where experience matters.

Not just finding a house—but navigating challenges, solving problems, and keeping a deal together when things get uncomfortable.

Together with the professionals on both sides of the transaction, we worked through every hurdle and got to the finish line. 😮‍💨
