For those who I may have not met yet, I wanted to take a moment to reintroduce myself.

I’m Tony, a local real estate agent proudly serving the Grand Lake area and surrounding communities. I’m passionate about helping people navigate one of life’s biggest decisions—whether buying, selling, or investing in real estate.

Today we stepped a little outside our comfort zone by attending the Grand Lake Area Literature Festival—and it did not disappoint.

Even more special, our daughter was honored with a Reading Excellence Award, which made the day that much more meaningful.

The festival brought in authors from all across the United States, along with talented local writers like Author Evelyn Lindell, who celebrated the release of her new book Bootleg Beginnings and Unwavering Faith, inspired in part by local stories and people.

There was truly something for everyone—crafts for all ages, a wide variety of books, and even tours of the Tri-Star Career Center.

If you’re looking for something different to do next March, this is definitely an event worth checking out.

Another home SOLD in the Grand Lake area! 🏡

This 2 bed, 1 bath home in St. Marys, OH is officially off the market! The buyers were able to get settled in just in time to enjoy their new home over St. Patrick’s weekend ☘️
