Jokes aside- if you’re already signed under a buyer agency agreement or exclusive agreement with another Realtor, I’m not allowed to step in and work with you in the same capacity while that agreement is still active.
That agreement creates a LEGAL agency relationship between you and that agent/brokerage. Out of respect for that contract, and to protect everyone involved, I can’t interfere with or advise you in a way that would conflict with your current representation. 😘
