Buckle up for this one! These buyers have been looking for the perfect home for about 3 years now.

This home was listed on 2024 - we toured it, they loved it and we offered - unfortunately, our offer did not win in a multiple offer situation.

Fast forward to a couple days ago - this same home popped up for sale again! 👀 So of course we toured it the first day on the market. And again, faced a multiple offer situation.
