Last year, I took a leap of Faith and left my corporate marketing career and 4 years in part time real estate to pursue full time real estate. It was a scary decision, but I trusted that God would provide, not only financially, but by bringing the right people into my life and business. 💕

My goal has always been to make the buying and selling process as smooth as possible while being a source of support during what can be a stressful season.

This week, I officially capped at eXp, which means I’ll keep 100% of my commission until my cap resets next February. More than anything, it’s a reminder that stepping out in Faith is always the right decision. ✨

THANK YOU to all of my amazing clients, my transaction coordinator, mentors, lenders, inspectors, photographers/videographers, the Wolfpack eXp community, and fellow agents across the country who have sent referrals and supported me along the way. I truly couldn’t do this without you, and I’m so grateful for every referral, transaction, and relationship built over the past year. ❤️🏡

324 Sensibility Circle is officially SOLD - and was gone in the blink of an eye with only 24 hours on the market!

This sale is especially meaningful to me because I had the privilege of selling this home three years ago - and met this amazing family at their closing. What started as a transaction turned into a friendship, and it has been such a joy watching them make this house their home! 🏡

While I’m excited for what’s ahead as they relocate and begin a new journey, it’s definitely bittersweet knowing they’ll be leaving Masons Bend.

Some things are worth their weight in gold. A pre-dry wall inspection is one of them!! Being able to get a list of items to repair to the construction manager before the walls go up is PRICELESS. Minor can become major down the road and ensuring you covered all your bases before it’s too late to fix is SO important. 👷🏼‍♂️
