Okay… but now I wake up to natural light instead of hearing my upstairs neighbor vacuum at 7 am 😭

Meanwhile homeowners are drinking coffee on their front porch because A. they have one and B. they saved time letting their dog out back instead of a “potty walk”

They’re hosting people without apologizing for space, and have a kitchen that makes DoorDash less enticing.

And truthfully? That reaction usually has very little to do with luck

It comes from everything we do before your home ever hits the market

That’s why pre-listing prep is one of the biggest parts of my method

Before we ever go live, we focus on:

✔️ Decluttering and simplifying spaces so rooms feel bigger and brighter
✔️ Styling and staging that helps buyers emotionally connect
✔️ Small updates that create a high return without overspending
✔️ Creating flow from room to room so the home feels intentional
✔️ Identifying what buyers in today’s market actually respond to

It would be 10x easier to find a home that checks all the boxes

There wouldn’t be buyers refreshing listings like it’s their full-time job

Unfortunately, inventory isn’t about quantity- it’s about quality

There might be more homes hitting the market but the ones that are priced right, in good locations, and actually are move-in ready are moving fast
